Fix messaging mismatch

skwerl requested to merge fix-messaging-mismatch into main

some of the messages returned by the music server did not match what was expected by the command module. the symptom seen by the user was the bot failing to reply to some commands (such as an unsuccessful skip command)

this mr fixes that, and makes the other messages more consistent
