libnmm: various fixes

• Fixes a typo which caused a crash when loading from profile
• Fixes invalid mod entry generation for mods with empty or invalid mod or download ids
• Adds support for NMM's cacheinfo.txt file when the location of a mod's fomod folder isn't immediately obvious
• Improves the usefulness of several warnings
